Security and privacy are part of the architecture: who can see what, which data may be collected and where it is stored are all explicit decisions.
Role-based access control
Permission-based roles and scoped access. System administration does not grant access to monitoring content.
Tenant isolation
Every record is scoped to its organization. Cross-organization access is treated as a security boundary.
Secure device enrollment
Short-lived, single-use enrollment tokens and cryptographic device identity. Device keys never leave the device.
Policy-based collection
Collection follows published policies. No applicable policy, a conflict or an expired configuration stops collection.
Controlled storage
Binary content is kept in private object storage, never in the database, and is only served through the authenticated application.
Auditability
Sensitive actions such as viewing screenshots and retention deletions are recorded for review.
